This eliminates the need to rely on memory alone. By tracking mood and focus, musicians can identify patterns in their practice habits, enabling them to cultivate a more productive and serene practice environment. Moreover, the app offers goal-setting functionality along with intuitive visualizations of statistics to foster motivation and intentionality in practice.
